Who we are
HalaEmma provides an AI office assistant for trade businesses. This policy explains which personal data we process when you use our website and the Emma service.
Data we process
Account data (name, company, email), call recordings and transcripts, emails and form submissions handled by Emma on your behalf, and usage data needed to operate and improve the service.
Where data is stored
All customer data is stored on servers in Germany, encrypted in transit and at rest. We act as a processor for the data of your customers under a data processing agreement.
Retention
Recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days by default; you can shorten this in your settings. Account data is deleted within 30 days after cancellation.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data at any time by writing to [email protected].
